L'Oréal chooses World of Content: "Optimal brand experience regardless which channel"

Collaboration World of Content and L'Oréal

L'Oréal and World of Content are going to work together. The goal of the collaboration is to further optimize the brand experience online for the online retail partners (drugstores, supermarkets and pure players). An automated connection with L'Oreal's internal PIM will ensure that this is accompanied by minimal manual work.

"Within the beauty and personal care categories, consumers are increasingly finding their way to online shopping. As a result, the share of online sales within L'Oréal has increased significantly and this trend will continue to do so in the coming years. To offer the consumer a pleasant and efficient purchase experience, high quality content and product information are essential.

To take our content optimization and implementation to the next level, we were looking for a tool to complement our own internal product information system. World of Content will realize a technical connection between our PIM system and our retailers. In this way we can offer our content efficiently and easily to our retailers and process it to optimize the customer journey and experience", said Fleur van Dommele, E-merchandiser at L'Oréal.
